Hello, I am Ashley Bailey and I am called Ms. Ashley at Joy Kids. My position at Joy Kids is Lead Pre-K Bluebirds Teacher and Assistant Director. I have worked in the child care field for over 13 years and have obtained my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have 3 children: daughter who is 11 years old, son who is 10 years old and my youngest son is 6 years old. I always knew that being with children and teaching was the right career path for me. I look forward to helping families make sure their children are getting the proper education that will help them to be ready and prepared for Kindergarten. My goal is to one day be a Center Director. 

Lenore Liller, also known by the children as "Mimi", has been working with children since she was 20 years old and just recently received her Maryland Childcare Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College.  She says, "I truly love it here!  I get to come to work everday doing what I love and I've been truly been blessed to be able to do what I love."  Lenore also serves as the Music Director for Joy Reigns Lutheran Church (the Edgewater Campus is located on the campus of Joy Reigns Lutheran Church).  She has been married for 31 years and lives with her husband, daughter, and granddaugther.  

Lenore supports the Bumblebee room on the Edgewater Campus as a Teacher Aide Monday through Friday from 8AM to 1PM.  

Linda Young graduated from Anne Arundel Community College and she has a completed her Maryland Child Car e Certificate. Before joining Joy Kids Learning Center, she spent 10 years working with children in the Anne Arundel County School System. She has been working at Joy Kids Learning Center since August 2013. She has a 19 year old son and has been married for 28 years. Linda says, "I love working with children! It has always been my passion."

Linda supports the Blue Bird room on the Edgewater Campus as a Teacher Aide.
